Warm Welcome
Upon arrival at our beautiful and conveniently located Jacksonville Beach office, you will be warmly greeted by our friendly staff. At check-in our staff will ask for a photo ID and any health or car insurance you would like to use to cover your visit. We proudly offer discounts on self-pay options for individuals and families who either don’t have health insurance or whose benefits are not affordable. Also please bring any prior MRI, X-Rays, or medical records that would be pertinent to the reason for your visit.
Once all intake information has been collected you will be taken to our exam room to meet with one of our Chiropractic Doctors.
Chiropractic Consultation with the Doctor
Unlike most offices, our experienced Doctors will meet with you initially, not an assistant. The Doctor of chiropractic will review health records thoroughly and will have an in-depth consultation with you about your health concerns. During this discussion you will have an opportunity to share details about your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, health goals and any specific concerns you may have. Our Doctors will attentively listen to your needs and answer any questions you may have about chiropractic care.
Comprehensive Physical Examination
Following the consultation, the Doctor of Chiropractic will conduct a comprehensive examination to evaluate your musculoskeletal system, your nervous system and your specific level of spinal health. This examination may include various assessments such as:
- Range of Motion Tests
- Orthopedic & Neurological Evaluations
- Postural Analysis
- Leg Length Assessments
- Palpation of the spine and surrounding structures
These assessments help our Doctors of Chiropractic identify areas of subluxation, dysfunction, misalignment, tension, or problems in your spine and body.
Digital Spinal X-Rays (if necessary)
We don’t leave things to chance. In some cases, based on your comprehensive physical examination and consultation our Doctors of Chiropractic will recommend diagnostic imaging such as MRIs or Spinal X-Rays to assess the condition of your spine and rule out any underlying issues. If diagnostic imaging is necessary, we have a state of the art digital X-Rays system in-house and can get those images during your initial visit. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure your comfort and safety.
Personalized Chiropractic Treatment Plan
Following your first visit, the Doctor of Chiropractic will review their findings with you and how Chiropractic care may be able to help you with your spinal health. If the Doctor of Chiropractic determines we can help you, they will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to address your specific needs, goals, recovery timeline and costs of care (including insurance coverage).
Education, Guidance & On-Going Support
Our administrative team will be there to help you with health or car insurance coverage questions. We will find you the most affordable options to cover the cost of you and your family’s chiropractic care. You can schedule at our front desk or use our extremely user friendly scheduling app for any future appointments. Your Doctor of Chiropractic will educate you on stretches, strengthening or anything that may be crucial for you to get the greatest benefit from your chiropractic care.
